We are very happy with the work Bay Rivers did to replace our 45 year old failing wooden bulkhead with a new vinyl bulkhead. They did an excellent job both on the bulkhead and reconfiguration of a very large dock that was attached directly to the old bulkhead but is now supported by the pilings of the new one. My neighbours and I are collectively impressed with the quality of the job and we now have peace-of-mind for the foreseeable future. Working with Bay Rivers was very easy. The owner was there practically every day over seeing all aspects of my new boat lift. His price was very competitive and could get it done fast. We talked to a couple other peer people and they were six months to a year out
