Unprofessional people. zero service. Took my car in after making me wait for 7 days. Kept it in for 3 days and didn't even touch it. Then asked for another 3 days just to check the problem. I had to take it back from them. Wasted 10 days. Never going back!
To say my experience at Bay Ridge VW was poor is an understatement. I was originally told my car would take 3-4 hours for the regular maintenance + a new front tire. Five hours later I still didn’t have an update so called to check. I was told it would be ready in an hour. In an hour I went back to the dealership and was told to wait. AVOID BAY RIDGE VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE. Terrible service experience. My car is only 9 months old with 7,500 and I brought it here for an issue that still has not been resolved. They released the car back to me after having it for the entire day without fixing the problem, and I had to return again. Weeks later, I’m still waiting for a solution. I want to express my dissatisfaction. I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment to have my 2024 Volkswagen inspected, as they had contacted me stating an inspection was required. I arrived at 10:00 AM and was told the check would take 3–4 hours, as there was a lot to inspect and clean—including the roof, engine, wheels, and so on. I left the car with them in good faith.
