I had the 30k inspection for a 2024 Tiguan. They didn't change the air filters and the fact that the service guys don't know that the tire rotation is made in an X pattern and not side to side (they rotated tires side to side!!!!!) told me everything I need to know about them. If this wasn't a leased car I would NEVER recommend them!!! Needless to say that if I would ever need my car serviced outside the free inspection I would never go there! If you need to service your car just go someplace else.
Extremely disappointing experience with this service. 0 stars My vehicle has been at this dealership for more than 8 days, and during this entire time I have received almost no communication. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and nobody provides any updates. When we finally came to the dealership on the 8th day to get answers, we were told that the employee who originally handled the vehicle was not there, and nobody else knew what was happening with our case. This is the worst service center I've ever had. I've had service with someone I'm comfortable with, and they've closed it down. This used to be a good center. It took me 30-40 minutes to get there, and they'd let me go. I'm here for an oil and filter change, and I've been sitting here for three hours already.

Absolutely disgusting parts rep. I wanted a oil drain plug crush washer for my Audi since I live nearby and the part number is shared with Volkswagen. Rep asked me what car it is for, and I said my car is an Audi but shares the VW part. It's a washer... He shouted at me to call Audi. Uneducated and disrespectful.
