The service is great, but there are problems with parking.
Huge thank you to Marco and the team! After a long repair process, my battery failed shortly after I got the car back. Marco handled everything quickly and fairly, covered the labor, and even threw in a free oil change. It meant a lot that they stood behind their work and treated me with respect. Really appreciate the way this was handled! Will absolutely be coming back for future service
Should be zero stars. When you drive in they automatically check for alignment issues. Total scam. Had someone check the report after and found that I did not need an alignment. Possibly worse, I paid the $289 diagnostic fee where they gave me a $6000 laundry list of items with no sense of what the actual problem was with my car. I decided to go to an actual reputable car repair shop and they diagnosed the issue immediately. Ended up with a $950 charge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Umit (the mechanic) and Jorge (the advisor). Everything was explained clearly and in a way that made sense. Advisor service: I was never made to feel devalued or upsold during my interaction with Jorge, especially considering my gender.
