First time taking my Subaru Forester for service and state inspection at Bay Ridge Subaru. Mr. Robinson was very nice, explained in details what is required to be checked. I left my car and planned to come back for pick up in 4 hours but they were done in a little over an hour. Communication via text message and phone was very attentive and swift too. Great customer service and I very appreciated it.
