In and out fairly quickly.
Joyce was amazing tended to all my needs and the oil change was good also
Marc communicated well, including texting a video inspecting tire treads and brakes. Quality of service is good, I prefer using the manufacturer and Bay Ridge Subaru is great. I had an appointment for 1130am and did wait over 4 hours but Im satisfied overall.
August 2025: Once again, Marc in the service department at Bay Ridge Subaru is as good as you will find, not only his help, but with his constant updates and explanations in work that has to be done. Always a pleasure, and thank you again Marc for a much need big service on the Touring Edition! A+
