Came in for a routine oil and coolet change early as 8am and was informed to wait 4hrs and came in person and was told 5 hours later. 6 hours later, i was told by Annastacia B by phone if I would i like additional service, and I said no, other than focusing on the service. Over 9 hours later, wait longer for an incomplete service. Andrew G the manger is not cocern about your time, money or your car.
Great customer service
My experience with Annastacia was amazing . She was kind, understanding , accommodating , sincere, and she work with me when I had to leave and come back with the car on the same day . That meant Mile stones on why I love Subaru than any other type of vehicle . If you go to bayridge and want someone down to earth and who can work with you . Please see annastacia .
