I have two experiences at Bay Ridge Subaru. First it was the purchase of my preowned car, Christopher was my sales person. He was very Patient, professional, and did everything efficiently. Would not trust my car with this place again. They tried to charge me extra for labor on a service that was covered by my warranty claiming the warranty company wouldn’t cover the full repair Called the warranty company and everything their service department told me was untrue and I was given a total run around while they kept my car and pretended to contact the warranty people again. Also this is sadly not my first negative experience with them, just the first review.
