Terrible. Disgusting lab , disgusting people that treat you like shit. Avoid this place.. go to some lab that treat you as human. I don’t even know why this place still open.

I visited Bay Ridge Medical Imaging with my daughter for her ultrasound and found the facility to be completely different than what I envisioned. The receptionists were very courteous and my daughter was processed immediately. After completing some paperwork, we were immediately taken for the exam within 15 minutes of arrival at the facility. The technician made us feel very comfortable during the procedure and we are extremely grateful. Our experience was pleasant and stress-free. Thank you bay Ridge Medical Imaging.

I was very insulted by the unprofessional comments of the technician performing my test. To add insult to injury, while she was making me feel uncomfortable while in a vulnerable position, she was actually training someone! What a disgrace. On a different note, it would not kill anyone at the front desk to smile and say "can I help you".

When going for certain procedures, there is always a sense of anxiety and nervousness on the part of the patient. Naturally, you would anticipate a certain level of kindness, if not reassurance. Many of us work in professions that require contact with the public. Unless you've just crawled out of a cave, you recognize that certain scenarios require a level of courtesy. you guys are crazy first off, I want to start out by saying that the technicians and doctors are always looking out for the patients best interest. It is a very busy facility, and the employees are constantly trying to assist the patients to the best of their ability. roe It is approximately 12 days after the above treatment. After BRImaging has scared me half to death, I still do not know my results. I had the mammo done and the tech told me to sit in the waiting area. I knew something was wrong because she did not tell me to get dressed. Next thing I know I was being escorted into a room for a sonogram. My heart was racing, since my mom is a breast cancer survivor. Worst Front desk service around – I have now been there twice, once for an x-ray and once for an MRI. Both times i have encountered nothing but rude people at the front desk. I was downstairs both times and each time the girls (all of them) made me feel uncomfortable and as if I were inconveniencing them. It was the asme way every time I spoke to someone on the phone as well. The wait was also ridiculous. Best imaging center everrrrr !! – Bayridge medical imaging is so convenient in terms of travelling. As soon as I entered this place, I was greeted nicely by the receptionist immediately within a minute. The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant. The staff was so nice and respectful. I am 60 year old lady and technician holded my hand and asked me how am I feeling before taking me in for the test.
