I bought my **2017 Mazda 6 Sport** from a dealer in Long Island. As of **August 5, 2025**, it’s been **three years** since the purchase. Absolutely horrible. I tried getting in touch with my assigned rep at least 30 times and NEVER received a call back. The only updates I received were about when my car would be ready were from the lovely receptionist but even those were not accurate. Mazda had my car for over 30 days and I had zero visibility to anything. They essentially held my car hostage and never kept me in the loop. They also tried to charged me $2,225 for new axels. After two stolen cars once again I had to shop around for a 3rd car which I dreaded because I’ve experienced nothing but stress at dealerships.
