The anesthesiologist was aggressive and unfriendly. The medical staff were rude and unwelcoming. They communicate poorly, vaguely, and rudely. They don’t answer the phones most of the time, and the secretaries gave instructions on pre procedure instructions. My experience with Dr DeMeo was exceptional… I was honest about my history and he took his time to listen and ask the necessary questions. I would strongly recommend him !!!

I highly recommend Dr. DeMeo at Bay Ridge Gastro. Not only is he an excellent doctor, but he’s also a genuinely cool and personable guy who makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Angelina, the young lady in his office, is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable, which really helps put you at ease. His team at the surgical center is fantastic as well—everyone is down-to-earth and compassionate. I always felt like I was in good hands, and their level of care and attention is top-notch

Most definitely the rudest people. The anesthesiologist was aggressive and unfriendly. The medical staff were rude and unwelcoming. My suggestion would be not to go here. They communicate poorly, vaguely, and rudely. They don’t answer the phones most of the time, and the secretaries gave instructions on pre procedure instructions. Called receptionist placed me on hold then receptionist who has no medical training but thinks shes a doctor the way she sounds she has no manors hung up..unbelievable. I called back no answer again very unprofessional rude and uncaring I'd look else where they hire kids from high school who think because they work answering phones that they're medical professionals and talk down to patients ..why do they do that because it's cheaper to hire these inexperienced receptionist with no etiquette or proper training.
