The shittys fucking SERVICE!!!! First time I took my car idiot mechanic leave my door open and car in Reverse, smash’s my door and fender a day before I had to leave NY.l (never fixed the same way) and Today after 3 recalls were to be fixed ,agains they fuck up. After giving me the car back I start driving home and when I get there car is spewing antifreeze all over the street and all over the engine bay.. then they had the nerve to tell me to call a tow truck.. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME
I had the worst experience with there service department, I took my truck to have my PAX door handle replaced and I got my 2016 Ram 1500 Hemi 1000000x worse back, the paint job looked like shit the side view mirror was out of track the inside door panel has a huge bump in it, not to mention all the scratches they got on my truck, they said they would repair well i just picked my truck up today and it looks like someone took whiteout and covered the scratches..... I am so pissed off my 1 year old nephew could have done a bett... read more
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. After an accident, they had the car for a month, dragging it out and lying to us constantly. Finally get the car and the next day, the damn thing catches on fire. They tried to blame it on running over a cigarette. A cigarette is not going to start a fire on the body of this car unless the car is made of paper. AWFUL.
The worst service center around. The wait, the careless of the employees/mechanics. We have issues with our service at least 50% of the time we came in to get the car serviced. At this point Jeep is no longer an option for our next car due to the kind of service received at this shop. Customer service is terrible; customer satisfaction is not a goal. Waste of time and money!
