Extremely poor attitude displayed over the phone. Rep had no clue what customer service is. Refused to provide a quote for a simple job such as freon replacement before charging $100 for inspection. I would rather buy a new fridge than allow myself to be ripped off by these guys.
The repairman, Michael, came right away. It took him under an hour to fix our dishwasher. What more could you want; dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable.
