very rude receptionist. nobody was in there and no work was being done. no reason to be rude. she looked me dead in my eye and said u definitely have sleep apnea, remind you this was 2 p.m just picking up my at home test. that kicked off the very unpleasant interaction

I have repeatedly called to inquire about an appointment from a referral that was sent over to this office on March 11th 2021. My phone inquiries have gone unanswered for the past 4 days. This is completely unacceptable.

It was cold, even after the tester said that she would turn up the temperature. Later when I said I was still cold, I was given an extra blanket. No one knew how to work the remote control for the cable TV but I was content with the local channel that was on. The water never warmed up at the bathroom sink or the shower, so I just did a quick, cold washup at the sink in the morning. I rode the bus home with goop in my hair.
