Got here at 8:09 pm finally saw a PA at 10:35 pm my mom is 76 years old with lung and liver cancer, she was in severe pain on her left side, lying in this freezing room for over two hours did nothing to help, this hospital is either understaffed or just the crappiest hospital in the area, the wait time is ridiculous, something needs to be done
Almost impossible to speak to a real person whwn you call. You get a reording that tells you to leave your name and no. then they call you back at THEIR convenience. I dont play "phone tag".
came to see my wife and I kow no more than I DID BEFORE HE CAME. NEED ANSWERS HERE, BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS TONS OF ANTIBOTICS AND STILL A SICK LADY. BEEDN HOME ONLY 7 DAYS SINCE MARCH THIS IS NOT GOOD STILL AT BAY SPECIAL CARE
went to the er imy dog gets checked out better than i did i leave 15 minutes away i will never go there again the nurse was good so was the people that check you in but the dr .wasnt
I have been a Respiratory Therapist for almost 40 years and found extremely high quality intensive care at Bay Regional. The Respiratory Therapists were easy to speak with and very knowledgeable. The ICCU staff are professional and give the highest standard of medical care.
Well the ER is all new now, it should be with what they charge peeps to get looked at. its nice but drs say they should of made it high tech but its not.
Very good place. People know what they are doing.
Well they build a brand new ER area and its great but they still make you wait and wait to get to see a dr. If you have 7 hours or more to spare come here.
