Thank You Bay Psychological, I finally found someone I can connect with. They have been great, even though they are going through their own trouble, my therapist is doing his best to make sure I get the help I need.

This place is truly a cluster fuq. Avoid these people at ALL COSTS! Their business failed, but the owners and their minions moved on to other practices. BEWARE! These are truly evil people!

Stopped going here, not only is it near impossible to reach them over the phone as i have been calling them multiple times during bussiness hours with no answer for the past 3 days now to notify them i am out sick and missed an appointment tried to call to cancel it due to being admitted into the hospital and now i got hit with a 50$ fee all because they can't seem to answer there phones, there therapists are constantly coming and going forcing you to be moved to yet another therapist in the building. I’d give 0 stars if possible I’ve been trying to get an appointment for close to three months, if they actually answer consider yourself lucky, if you’re actually helped even luckier. Thank goodness it’s not urgent
