Everyone is so nice and understand that fur babies are part of the family.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. They provided curbside service for me since I’m mobility impaired. Dr Schumacher called me in my car and went over all she learned about my little guy, Gizmo. I can’t remember all of the names of the lovely ladies I talked to, but I’ll get to know them! They were so thorough and kind! They were recommended by a friend who has since moved away. She sure gave me good advice 😁
We always have a great experience when we go to Bay-Porte! They have been caring for my dogs for the last 8 years. Oreo and Lou love Dr. Schumacher and all the staff there. Thanks for always treating my babies with love and care!
Sincere honest caring people.
The staff is very caring. Always seem happy to see my dog. The doctors are great. Very helpful in Explaining all you need to know about the issues with your dog. Our dog was attacked by a large dog and the doctors at Bay-Porte Animal Hospital were great working with him and repairing his wounds.
Our 6 year old lab became very sick over the weekend. Severe vomiting, unable to keep any food down. I called at 8:00 Monday morning and was able to get him in at 9 with Dr. Rogers. Even though curbside drop off was necessary due to the “Rona”, all of the staff, including Dr Rogers, were incredibly helpful and eager to be sure all our questions were answered.
