Dr. Saxe was wonderful staff was kind and loving to my baby Erica even got a matching bandage with my Rosie. They treated her as if she were one of their own. After my pup swallowed about 60-80 pills they treated her promptly, saved her life. They treated her with care. We can’t say enough good things about the quality of care and personal attention we received at BPAH. The staff was consistently kind and empathetic. We brought in our newly adopted kitten for a checkup, and he was quickly diagnosed with parvo, which has a mortality rate of about 90–95%. Dr. Saxe and vet tech Lissie immediately began treatment and cared for him throughout the day. I'm a new client with this clinic and I am truly satisfied with the warm welcoming that my pet received. Their technician was amazing as well as the doctor. They made sure my pet felt comfortable and relaxed. He suffers from allergies and this visit was badly needed. My prior vet that I was taking him to was doing a good job but I felt maybe getting a second opinion and fresh eyes on his problem would possibly help. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Saxe and her team. The care is incredibly personal, compassionate, and genuinely centered on the well-being of our pets. Their knowledge is outstanding, and they consistently go above and beyond—taking the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident. Paid over $700 just for 2 X-rays and a pancreatic test only to find out my dog Sammy had cancer that had gotten into his lung. They wanted to run a series of tests for a ridiculous amount of money but I told them to start with the X-rays and we'd go from there. Then I paid another couple hundred dollars to have him euthenized because he was so sick and fidn't have long left and I just didn't want him to suffer any longer.
