RecommendedBPSB was my my very first bank and 10 years later I’ve still never had a bad experience. It is nice being able to pick up the phone and reach anyone at any branch without having to be on hold and then transferred for 20 minutes like other large banks. I also appreciate the support they gave when I was growing up in 4H. They do a wonderful job.

I went to this bank for two years an after the holidays I had my car insurance come out one day an money go in the next I had two payments that were paid in full an they refused to take the overdraft off my account when both my money an over draft we’re put in all at once what a joke chemical gives a 10 day grace period if anyone like them better I’d recommend them an you can call them after hours an they will allow you to go over the 500 limit they set on your debit card if you provide them with secure information. I just wanted to say Thank you to Annie , Kris and Dana for working on a Sunday so I could get money out of a ATM away from home because my debt card was hot carded it surely show what kind people that Bay Port State hires it was Greatly Appreciated Thank You again GregTalaski
