Highly recommend WA Fibreglass. Initially we dealt with Denise at the Rockingham sales office. All the staff in the administration, our Site Supervisor Laurence were all fantastic. Our dig team and the team that finished the pool off until handover were all highly professional, honest and open from the beginning. They made our pool installation seamless and easy!
We went through the full process of site interaction, quoting and liasing with WA fibreglass pools for our new install. At all times they were very diligent and helpful to accommodate a slightly difficult install location and always made themselves available to answer any questions asked. Right to the very end they were very supportive of our install requests.
Poor service. These guys are cowboy boys. Think before you go through this company.
We had high hopes when choosing this company to install our pool, however the overall experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We were fully aware that we would be digging through limestone and had discussed this beforehand. When excavation began, we were suddenly pressured on the spot to sign a variation ranging anywhere between $3,000–$7,000. Been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pauline has been wonderful, going through everything from beginning to end. Love Henry the 1 man band pool installer. He has worked his guts out no stop. Not an easy job on your own but he didn’t stop guy needs a pay rise lol. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new pool.
