Bought a new spa. The Spa side of the business disappeared. Remaining staff who sold me the spa couldnt even give me a contact for warranty. Left high and dry with nothing. Not even one name of the techs that fitted it.
Rip off, don't use. I was told by friends not to use bay pools they weren't happy with the service they got, I got a pool installed, and they overcharged, gave wrong quotes, and lied about final payments. Worst pool company in w.a.
Had a water test, very different results to another place - but that's OK. Went with bay pools, bought some chemicals. Wasn't sure what I had at home, but was told ...."no problems, just take, you can bring it back for a refund if you don't need it". Found I had plenty at home so bought it back. Was charged for a mysterious and undisclosed 'discount' which amounted to about 11% surcharge for the refund. Dodgy, will avoid in future!!! Advise was good tho, hence 2 star instead of 1. "
