Poor service. These guys are cowboy boys. Think before you go through this company.
We had high hopes when choosing this company to install our pool, however the overall experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We were fully aware that we would be digging through limestone and had discussed this beforehand. When excavation began, we were suddenly pressured on the spot to sign a variation ranging anywhere between $3,000–$7,000. Been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pauline has been wonderful, going through everything from beginning to end. Love Henry the 1 man band pool installer. He has worked his guts out no stop. Not an easy job on your own but he didn’t stop guy needs a pay rise lol. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new pool.
Bought a new spa. The Spa side of the business disappeared. Remaining staff who sold me the spa couldnt even give me a contact for warranty. Left high and dry with nothing. Not even one name of the techs that fitted it.
Rip off, don't use. I was told by friends not to use bay pools they weren't happy with the service they got, I got a pool installed, and they overcharged, gave wrong quotes, and lied about final payments. Worst pool company in w.a.
