Updated my review after this SHADY company promised my dad to have the issue resolved and once again Disappeared!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE!! I am Beyond Upset at the empty promises and runaround I received!!! We paid On time an amount much more than of what was originally quoted but we were desperate to have the issue fixed and didn't argue why the quote kept growing. Review For: Bay Plumbing & Heating I am Beyond Upset at the empty promises and runaround I received!!! We paid On time an amount that was DOUBLE of what was originally quoted but we were desperate to have the issue fixed and didn't argue why the quote kept growing. I called to get the ducts and vents cleaned, because my law firm was closed due to the pandemic. They were so professional and reliable that I signed a maintenance contract for the annual servicing.
