We recently had a drainage issue in our bathroom. Called them in the morning and received their response immediately. They said that they would be able to come to our house in the afternoon. They showed up on time and took care of our problem. They did the difficult task of working in a tight space in our basement. They were respectful in that they took off their shoes when entering our house. Their fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend this local business.

Our kitchen sink got stopped up again so Monday morning I tried to get in touch with 4 different handypeople / plumbers expecting to play phone tag but Bay Plumbing got back to me late Monday afternoon with availability for a Tuesday morning appointment. I am floored by the prompt service and quality of the assessment, he gave me several options on how to fix the problem so I can plan for the long-term solution in the future while my sink got fixed today. Thrilled. Thank you!

I cannot say enough gteat things about Tony and his crew. I have managed multiple properties in multiple states across the US from east coast to west coast to Hawaii. They are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. Here another plus, they left the place sparking clean! We had a leak pipe and disgusting sludge ended up ask over our garage.
