After having worked here as a valet for just a month, I can honestly say that from an employee's perspective, this place only deserves three stars if not less. I actually feel the place could be a real case study on social class. It can also be insulting. Whatever it is, as an ex-employee this condo had a terribly high employee turnover rate which reflected a serious problem with either the management or the residents. RENTERS AND AIR B&B GUESTS BEWARE!!!! We were given permission in advance for me to have packages sent 4 states away from our home in North Carolina to Bay Plaza Condominiums, as my daughter is on her senior/spring break trip! They told me it was “misdelivered.” Okay. That sucks but it happens, right!? That’s the risk of online ordering! So, I call Amazon. It was a place where although the interior lobby and residences were posh and glitzy, with a first floor exercise room and pool to boot, was nonetheless outdated and overblown with poor coworker relations and both residents and employees who left you with a bitter taste in your mouth.
