Absolutely horrible parking attendant tonight June 14th. Rude and swearing at us when we were visiting friends. We could not believe the way she treated us. She should not be employed there. She is an embarrassment to the establishment.
The valet/concierge staff are consistently rude, lacking professionalism across the board—absolutely no sense of decency. Emilio in particular has no business being in any setting involving customer service.
We found Bay Plaza's views to b the most outstanding in all of Sarasota, convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and fun. U can walk to all the fun u want here. Property manager Bob is extremely acommodating , attentive and heplful.
