Sarah is a kind and excellent physical therapist! I really appreciate her care and thoughtfulness as she supported me through back and neck pain, also tying in her pelvic floor PT expertise. The team is also very pleasant and friendly.
I got assigned to a therapist that I can only describe as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily rough. Others in the staff were nice and so were the facilities. I stopped PT after a handful of sessions with this therapist, as asking to get reassigned to a different one would’ve made things awkward. I’ll use a different PT facility from now on.
