I called Bay Physical Therapy because their website clearly states they treat both male and female pelvic floor conditions and even mention performing internal pelvic floor assessments. When I called, I was told they don’t accept male patients, even after I explained what was written on their own site. The staff member asked me to send a screenshot of the page so she could look into it and get back to me, but after sending it and following up twice, I never heard back. Sarah is a kind and excellent physical therapist! I really appreciate her care and thoughtfulness as she supported me through back and neck pain, also tying in her pelvic floor PT expertise. The team is also very pleasant and friendly.
