Sarah is a kind and excellent physical therapist! I really appreciate her care and thoughtfulness as she supported me through back and neck pain, also tying in her pelvic floor PT expertise. The team is also very pleasant and friendly.
I got assigned to a therapist that I can only describe as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily rough. Others in the staff were nice and so were the facilities. I stopped PT after a handful of sessions with this therapist, as asking to get reassigned to a different one would’ve made things awkward. I’ll use a different PT facility from now on.
I had a surgery on my right arm back in 2010 from a work injury where they moved my ulnar nerve oddly. Last year 2022 I had to redo that surgery and have a double surgery to control movement of my fingers. I have a therapist (Sydney) who is amazing! I have started feeling movement & strengthening of muscles that have been dormant for years! I finally believe I will regain the use of my right arm and hand thanks to the staff at Bay Physical Therapy!
