I've been a customer since 2003. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company. A client that I have told me the 15+ (16x20) acrylic mounted prints were starting to yellow. So, here's where it all starts: 1. I call Bay Photo to let them know what has happened and they need each order number- there are over 15 from over 15 years ago and they want each order numb er. I ordered prints from Bay Photo Lab on January 13th. They advertise, on their website, how they will have photos printed and in the mail in 1 day. Well, today is the 18th of January and they still have not completed printing. I ordered 11 photos...not 1100, 11. I emailed and sent chat correspondence for days, and never received a response from this company.
