I love my small town, Pharmacy, where they actually know my name! They do not get caught up in the Meijer of the corporate franchises. They are personable, efficient, and go out of their way to help.
I switched all of my prescriptions to Bay pharmacy Eustis, Florida because not only does it do compounding prescriptions. It has so much of a one on one helpful, friendly efficient and kind atmosphere! Today I had a call from Jessie wondering if I had insurance because my prescription came to $389 whether or not my supplemental Medicare insurance covers it or not the fact that I got a phone call from her concerned about that was uplifting and above, and beyond customer service!
Called into the pharmacy to try to see if the medication for my sons prescription came in and a pharmacy staff member Jessie answered the phone and before I could finish what I was calling about she rudely interrupted and asked for the date of birth which I provided to her and verified my sons name, she stated she would have to check and see if the medication came in and the pharmacist verified that it did and I would get a text when it was ready then she hung up the phone.
