Very rude and unprofessional reception staff. They are misinformed about my insurance and they took this out on me. No need to figure out the insurance situation as we will be seeing a new dentist that hires staff that are not rude and condescending. Not very appealing to have rude people as your customer service staff especially when it is a child focused practice.
I have been taking two of my children to Bay Pediatric dentist for a few years, as my third child was turning 3, they recommended he start being seen as well. They scheduled his appointment 6 months in advance. We went to the appointment and a few weeks later I received a bill for 180$. He was not added to our insurance as I forgot. The dentist would not return my phone call and refused to take responsibility since their policy states “we are an established family”, even though my child WAS in fact a new patient.
