Very rude and unprofessional reception staff. They are misinformed about my insurance and they took this out on me. No need to figure out the insurance situation as we will be seeing a new dentist that hires staff that are not rude and condescending. Not very appealing to have rude people as your customer service staff especially when it is a child focused practice.
I have been taking two of my children to Bay Pediatric dentist for a few years, as my third child was turning 3, they recommended he start being seen as well. They scheduled his appointment 6 months in advance. We went to the appointment and a few weeks later I received a bill for 180$. He was not added to our insurance as I forgot. The dentist would not return my phone call and refused to take responsibility since their policy states “we are an established family”, even though my child WAS in fact a new patient. RecommendedAmazing. they were amazing with my 2 year old daughter. she had to have 4 cavities filled and they were nothing but phenomenal. they are patient, they talked to her, comforted her and made her feel special. definitely recommend, 5/5.

Our family can not say enough good things about Bay Pediatric Dentistry. All of our kids 6,5,and 4 all look forward to going to the dentist. Bay Pediatric Dentistry really took the time to learn about our 5 year old that has special needs, to ensure that she would have a good experience. All the staff are wonderful and so easy to work with, not just for the pint sized patients but for parents as well which makes a HUGE difference. We just found out that Miss Jan has moved on from the practice, she will definitely be missed! She worked with our son over the past 5 years and had the patience of a saint, we couldn’t have asked for better care and wish her the best!
We have been going to Bay Peds since my kiddos were 18 months. The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! I love that they try to give us the same hygienists every time we come, so the kids get familiar with them and they remember tid bits about them making the entire visit smooth! I cannot say enough!!! I am so glad that we will be able to continue with them for many years to come!
Dr. Diana and her team are wonderful! My children have been patients for years and we have had smiles and professionalism all around.
