My stars are only for Dr. Ballal. The staff are absolutely horrible, lady at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful. Billing sucked as well we got billed for everything and nothing and after having to pay $400 out of pocket I got sent another bill saying I owe an extra $250
This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication, follow-through, and clinical judgment for a pediatric cardiology practice. Over a five-week period, I repeatedly called with concerns about my child (an established patient) and left messages for both the nurse and office manager. None of those calls were returned. Dr. Ballal is great. However, it has been months of begging his office staff to send my son's cardiology clearance paper to his pediatrician so my son can finally get the medication he needs.
