Rude interaction with the person who answered the phone when I asked about film development. I’m travelling interstate and am also a film novice so have no prior understanding of how their services operate, so maybe consider that if people ask the same question twice about your services they might not of understood what you’ve said the first time, and don’t deserve a rude ‘I’ve just said to you xyz’.
