Stay away until they realize their problems and get them fixed. Most staff are nice, but there are some who are just there for a paycheck and have little bedside manner. ER staff let pain and nausea persist and treated me like I was a drug seeker or addict. Male Head of ER is most unprofessional and rude. Very slow and seemingly have no sense of priority. after visiting my doctor he sent me to hospital . i have always used bay park..... i had a staph infection in my leg.....they found me a surgeon who got me into a room saw me. cleared all operations the next morning i was first... it no doubt save my life and leg... it turned out to be a mrsa.....i had wonderful care the nurses were caring. the only complaint i have is a few times i needed to be taken to bathroom.. and it seemed i had to call 2-3 times... but i would say i got great care....the staff was so great i made many... read more
Took my 16 month old daughter there and waited over an hour before I walked out. People came in after us and was seen before us. Plain out disgusted with these bums. I recommend trying every home remedy you know of before going here. Don't be in a hurry either because these emergency room people are on standard lazy time.
i was in the emergency room 20 mins ago and i feel worse than when i got there and the way the nurse treated me was wrong the gave me a shot in my rear end and ruined a pair of brand new underwear.I think they should buy me a new pair.
