I could not be happier with Mike Eastwood! My son had ACL surgery and it seemed as if nothing was going the way we had anticipated. His brace that was ordered from another company was causing him nothing but problems.... It was suggested from my son's physical therapist to see Mike and he did not disappoint. He was amazing! He immediately took time out of his busy schedule to make sure he saw my son. He took his time with him, even took him outside to evaluate the problems the brace was causing. AFO brace that only is worth 20 dollars, I was charged 100 and my insurance was billed an additional 100. Broke within 6 days, just doing nothing crazy. I was walking slowly and it just cracked all the way down. They refused to give me my money back, and after asking for the manager, he agreed over the phone to send me a check. It never came, I have waited weeks for it and nothing. I have called and left a message and no response. They were rude and nasty to me, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. From the minute I came in the office staff was very cold and unwelcoming. When you’re coming into a medical place chances are you’re dealing with pain and are overwhelmed but they couldn’t care less. I had to be alone for a bit and I’m on crutches. I stumbled trying to get up to the window to hand in my paperwork and no one even looked up. The glass was closed and I asked if I could just leave the paperwork there on the counter. Got in and out in about 45 minutes. Got a fitting and complete explanation of how to walk in the boot and what "side effects" I might experience.
