Everyone was very professional and very kind. I would recommend to all that need help with any type of injuries or problems .
Misleading and obnoxious. I never feel the need to write reviews, but I felt this was so wrong to do to a patient. I was a long-time customer of Bay Orthopedic in Huntington Station under the care of Mike Eastwood. When I arrived for my appointment, I expected to see him as I had requested. Nope, Mike Eastwood has left the company behind and moved on. I would have appreciated them telling me that upfront. Instead, they lured me in under pretenses that were false. Months after telling me my bill was resolved, and making no contact with me, they sent me to collections. After stating the bill was resolved no further communications were sent. This place is unethical and a scam. They bill for services not rendered then "discount" your bill but still charge your insurance. They put derogatory notes and personal insults on your file and share it.
Amazing experience every time. Had trouble fitting my 3 yr old for scoliosis brace, so on my second try getting her fitted they had a new approach all set and ready and she was actually able to get measured for the brace without any fussing! It was amazing. They’re also so knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend.
