Horrible experience - staff was very unfriendly, I don’t feel the technician was knowledgeable at all. Office was scruffy and frankly the help was just awful. Oh and be very careful of prices, they take what’s sold on Amazon for $30 and try sell it for $80. Identical item. It’s absolutely disgusting practice. And I’m not talking insurance price, their own “direct” prices. Avoid the place if you can. Misleading and obnoxious. I never feel the need to write reviews, but I felt this was so wrong to do to a patient. I was a long-time customer of Bay Orthopedic in Huntington Station under the care of Mike Eastwood. When I arrived for my appointment, I expected to see him as I had requested. Nope, Mike Eastwood has left the company behind and moved on. I would have appreciated them telling me that upfront. Instead, they lured me in under pretenses that were false. Months after telling me my bill was resolved, and making no contact with me, they sent me to collections. After stating the bill was resolved no further communications were sent. This place is unethical and a scam. They bill for services not rendered then "discount" your bill but still charge your insurance. They put derogatory notes and personal insults on your file and share it.
