Horrible place !! It should be shut down . They do not care about the patients , the staff are so rude I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
Horrible experience - staff was very unfriendly, I don’t feel the technician was knowledgeable at all. Office was scruffy and frankly the help was just awful. Oh and be very careful of prices, they take what’s sold on Amazon for $30 and try sell it for $80. Identical item. It’s absolutely disgusting practice. And I’m not talking insurance price, their own “direct” prices. Avoid the place if you can. Everyone was very professional and very kind. I would recommend to all that need help with any type of injuries or problems .
Misleading and obnoxious. I never feel the need to write reviews, but I felt this was so wrong to do to a patient. I was a long-time customer of Bay Orthopedic in Huntington Station under the care of Mike Eastwood. When I arrived for my appointment, I expected to see him as I had requested. Nope, Mike Eastwood has left the company behind and moved on. I would have appreciated them telling me that upfront. Instead, they lured me in under pretenses that were false.
