Full disclosure; we get to work along side Bay of Quinte mutual insurance. Which also allows us a to see how the company actual runs day to day. We also work with many other major insurance brands; some good, some bad. But BOQ is fantastic, not only to work with, but they also take care of their clients extremely well. Mathew and his team are professional and genuinely care about the clients they work with. If I was in the market I couldn’t recommend someone more to work with. They have no clue on what they are doing. Wrong quotes provided .. for me, not one quote but 2! No answer to emails, calls.. just ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and shop around elsewhere. Worst insurance company I've EVER dealt with.
