The office is clean, efficient, and you’re seen on time, which I appreciate. You get exactly the service you’re there for without any unnecessary delays. That said, the experience feels very transactional. The staff and doctor are professional but don’t seem particularly interested in building a connection or making you feel like more than just the next appointment. Yvonne Matthews ANP invalidated my concerns and talked down to me as if I was completely ignorant of my own body, and overall made me feel very very uncomfortable in a very vulnerable health situation. The receptionist was also extremely rude. She even smirked at a few of my concerns. Every time I tried to talk about my own knowledge, she looked at me like I had 3 heads. This doctor is not fit to examine a broom handle. This is shameful, esp in a field that mostly cares for women.
