This is the most awful run place in bay county I believe. The manager Kelly will evict you for no reason even if your yard is clean,rent is paid on time she dont care.She came from Missouri I believe from having managed property up there and came to bay county on School Ave trying to treat it like it was a HOA and its not.She dont want very nice looking storage rooms there or any kind of storage bldg. She will put ungodly fees on you for anything .She charged 35.00 on top of 635.00 rent because there were a few pieces of cat... read more

I am currently on a 6 months Lease. * Love it here ! * it is in the middle of everything. * Beach? 25 minutes Either way. ( Mexico Beach 1 way. PCB the other )
