I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bay Nursing Hospice. They cared for my mother during the most difficult time of our family’s lives, and their compassion, professionalism, and kindness made an immeasurable difference. My family member had terrible Bay Nursing homecare workers only in it for the money (one spent 20 minutes here and kept looking bored at her watch) , another showed up on wrong day & blamed us. There are a few very caring devoted professionals. It is impossible to reach owner or managers with any complaints. If you like a nurse & have an excellent experience, your request for them again is ignored.
They keep calling me asking for "Loraine". Never heard of this place in my life.
We contracted with Bay Nursing for my mother’s hospice care. While in their “care” we hired a caregiver whom they did not agree with and they bullied us, gave us an ultimatum and would not send a nurse to care for my mother unless we fired our beloved caregiver. We switched hospice companies because my mother was in critical need of care. Bay nursing failed our mother and they failed us. My mother passed away less than a week after they abandoned us. If I could rate less, I would. They left my mom at home with severe cellulitis on her legs and essentially left her to die. She was slurring her speech and EMS told us that home care should’ve called 911 several days ago. Never never again…. Do not trust this company…
