One of the best salons I've ever been too. My friends and I all went there to get our nails done for our school ball and it was a 10/10 experience and well as the the work itself. The precision and care whilst doing all our nails was insane!!! Such good prices too!! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, such a good place and they care for you so well.
I found the customer service here to be really disappointing. What bothered me most was that a walk-in customer who arrived after me for the same service (a pedicure) was seated straight away, while I was told to wait on the side due to a lack of staff (I had also called and made an appointment earlier which they knew about). When I brought up that I had booked the owner brushed it off and then responded by complaining about us to her colleague in her own language, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
