I visited Bay Nail Spa in Largo in late March for a pedicure. Having myself owned two nail spa business in Chicago before moving to Florida, I knew what to expect in professional service. The staff was friendly and appeared to be professional. A week later I started experiencing pain in my large toe, and it persisted for several days. I revisited the spa and they were polite and apologetic, but offered no remedy or intent to compensate. I like this place because is closer to our house. But I dont think if I ever go back to this place again. This lady that did my pedicure very rude. Too bad :(
