For the price, you cant beat it. Perfect location for the Great Smoky Mnts and/or Blue Ridge Parkway. Very friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway. The staff were very nice, room was clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable. Very quiet place. We saw elk in the parking lot every morning which was exciting. Breakfast was just OK. It consisted of waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas and toast, coffee & juice.
We visit the Cherokke Mountains, and this is the first time that we have stayed at Bay Mountain Inn. I like the great location: It is very close to Harrah's casino and the attractions Cherokke and has many places to eat around. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and kind. They helped us with what there was to do in town and how to get to the all attractions.. The hotel is very clean, bed is comfortable, tub/shower was nice, and rooms. We were pleased with our stay. Needed a room for one night, to see Unto These Hills (very highly recommended!) The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and functional and the free breakfast was good, although there were no healthy food choices other than a banana and oatmeal. The hotel is very convenient to downtown and Great Smoky Mountains NP, but off of the main road. Overall - a good stay.
