I am so impressed and happy with the team at Bay Mortgage! This was our first home purchase for both of us so we were really pretty clueless on the majority of the process. Everything went incredibly smooth, there were no catastrophes with date changes, missing paperwork, etc... I work in insurance and we have definitely seen our share of closing problems and nightmares from other companies.
