There have obviously been a lot of positive changes over the past few years because I haven't had a single issue with anyone at this clinic. Every visit, I'm greeted with a smile by the friendliest receptionists, who always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The lady in billing has been extremely helpful with every insurance issue I've encountered. All of the nurses are phenomenal, and I would trust any of the three doctors with my life. If you are looking for a clinic that respects your time and doesn't make you wait for nearly 2 hours while the doctor is chatting away with his nurse, then don't go to this place. If you are expecting the staff to be pleasant and kind, well this is not the place either. Also, if you are looking for a clean, well-maintained dust-free clinic, where the floor in the waiting room is not seeping with water from a leaking sink, then this is definitely not that kind of place. Dr. Uddin has become a standard not going to be in office must reschedule. Usually call the day b4. Wasvin NBI for a week and he never checked on me
