It's hard to find an honest mechanic that won't overcharge for their services and these guys actually go above and beyond for their customers. I had my vehicle in for warranty repair from CarHop, it took a long time because CarHop was taking their sweet time finding a part and authorizing the repair but Bay Metric was communicative and helpful every step of the way. Excellent work, excellent communication, and very pleasant folks to talk to.
I needed a kill switch installed in my car and found Bay Metric Auto Repair, a small business. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and received it the same day. I am satisfied with my results, expectations were met.
I've been to plenty of autoshops around the metro... this guy is probably the only guy I trust now.
