Rude receptionist named Tracey. I’ve seen altercations between Tracey and patients several times. It’s very uncomfortable.
Made an appointment. The waiting room was completely empty, and the doctor did not have anyone with him. He still made me wait 20 minutes after my appointment time and blamed the delay on a new computer software system. I said that his time was not more important then mine and left without the consult. I found him arrogant and unapologetic. Front counter staff should advise of delays to stop annoying people and wasting their time.
Probably one of the rudest women let alone doctors ive ever encountered. Anna is the worst doctor in Australia.
1 star for reception leaving my calls unanswered ! 0 Stars for the reception leaving me on hold for over 25mins , 0stars for the receptionist staff make me wait another 3 days to see my doctor that I was in with 12hrs prior for a doctors certificate. 0 stars for website stating Telehealth calls can be made however reception states they are not allowed ! If you can get pass the rude lady on reception then you will find the doctors 5 star and very nice !
