Professional, family owned and operated business! I’m not really sure where all these other reviews are coming from.. they’ve always been very helpful. As far as service when you buy a home from the dealer the service is from the manufacturer. They Helped me with all my manufactured home needs & beautifully made homes! Never had an issue here & recommend for your homing needs!

I'm very upset with this company. It's going on 4 years. They have still not fixed everything in my trailer. I have asked the people that responsible for having the leveling done, they still have not come out. He said it only needs to be done once, but yes, the whole left side of my house is moved three inches and now my cabinets are falling down.I'm very discouraged with this company and everybody not doing what they're are supposed to be doing they fully got all 100% of their money and my home is falling apart and will be ... read more
Their equipment chewed up the road when delivering and placing the home. They now say "We have never assumed responsibilbity for the road". They got their money, and are very slow to resolve issues with the home. A lot of the issues I had to fix myself. Just saying.....
Awful experience we had, we went there and looked at a few homes, with Debby’s sister I can’t remember her name but she has her office right next to Debbie’s she was rude and believe it or not she was trying to makes us change our minds about buying a mobile home there (who the hell does that to themselves) and then when we were going back to the office to see if we could talk to Debby she told us “ don’t say anything to Debby about what I just told you “ we could not believe what we were hearing.
