What a wonderful experience and adventure our kids and their friends had tonight. We have 10 year old twins, and tonight it was the end of the year 4th grade dance, very 1st one. I decided to make it special, and it was. This was a total surprise, only the parents knew and the kids were blown away. We had a great experience with Bay Limo and our driver, Shawn. They were so fast with communication and accommodate a last minute time shift. Shawn was a fantastic driver, so professional and kind. He gave great recommendations on the go. Highly recommend!

I had them booked for service and they called 45 minutes before they were supposed to pick up my daughter’s party and said they couldn’t make it. “Ohh, we’re sorry, our driver got held over and can’t make it to pick you up.” They said it was in Panama City and ran over. They just called to notify me. Extremely poor customer service.
