I gave this company 1 star because my daughter was in a Home Coming parade and we wanted her to ride in style. I booked a Bentley the day prior to the parade, and gave my pickup time and location. The day of the parade the driver did not show and we never received a call stating they were delayed or anything. After several unsuccessful attempts of trying reach out to the company we had to head to the parade without the vehicle that was paid for in advance. Great friendly driver, professional appearance and bus was very clean.
