I gave this company 1 star because my daughter was in a Home Coming parade and we wanted her to ride in style. I booked a Bentley the day prior to the parade, and gave my pickup time and location. The day of the parade the driver did not show and we never received a call stating they were delayed or anything. After several unsuccessful attempts of trying reach out to the company we had to head to the parade without the vehicle that was paid for in advance. We do a lot of business with the new owner Tracy Hand. He’s got a great group of drivers and always a friendly, great service… experience.
Over the past couple of months, both my husband and I had surprise parties planned for each other, and we used Bay Limousine for both events. They were absolutely incredible! Booking was so easy, and since both parties were surprises, there were times we couldn’t chat on the phone.
