Tony and Glen were awesome! They spent time not only analyzing what we thought to be the problem, but also teaching me what to do and how to maintain my water softener system. They were thorough in checking systems, had the parts in the truck, and were able to fix everything we needed. In the end, I asked for water tests while they were here. They again explained to me what they were doing, and what the results meant. I appreciate their thoroughness in the process and making sure we have clean, safe water.
When buying a salt supply for our new water softener, we looked for a business who would deliver salt and carry it into the basement for us, plus we wanted to patronize a local business. We contacted this company which is located less than 2 miles from our home and after consultation with a representative decided on the type of salt we needed. Couldn’t get a call back to from the service/parts person for a filtration system that was $2,000 new. Will be going with a different company to buy a whole new whole home filtration system now.
