UNBELIEVABLE poor customer service from the parts order desk. If this was my business I would fire everyone immediately. The guy was yelling at me and told me he would cancel my order when I asked why it wasn't delivered when it should have been. These people do NOT deserve to be in business

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!! I started the purchase process for a truck through this dealership. This was not a factory order, it was a truck they had on the lot. It turned out this vehicle had previous hail damage and was being sold as used, I was not happy with the rate being offered to me because of the vehicle history and I was ultimately not happy with the vehicle having damage history being brand new and as expensive as they are so I backed out of the deal before the truck even arrived at their lot, even thou... read more
