will NEVER return to this practice. didnt even get into the doctor and copped abuse and attitute from the worlds most HORRIBLE and RUDE receptionist if she would call herself that. she needs to honestly get a new career choice ..maybe its a bit late for that but truth be told if i was her boss i would sack her for her pure lack of empathy and her lack of skill for customer service., 1 star :/ purely because your receptionist is hopeless thats not good.
