These people at Unit B are very rude they need to learn some respect
I'm a driver that has had two deliveries with Bay. Neither experience has been very positive. They set bad expectations both times. The first time when I returned product I was told no paperwork was necessary when it should have been. The second time I had an appointment set for an hour before the person providing paperwork was even scheduled to arrive. Truck was loaded after a half hour.
