When I actually see my doctor it is a great experience. However EVERY time I encounter the front desk worker, she is SO RUDE, rushes me through my paper work without giving me time to read what she is handing me. Called their office back 3 times today, with about 60+ minutes waiting on hold, just to get an update on test results and the nurses still won't respond to my calls.
I've been in the care of Choptank Community Health for more than a decade and even as they have grown, they have not lost their ability to provide professional, caring service. Every individual on staff treats me with respect and the healthcare providers listen to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Choptank Community Health is a healthcare provider that stands out from the crowd. Unlike many other offices, it is professional, welcoming and respectful to all clients. I have found Mr. Gregory Dukes, one of the staff members, to be particularly exceptional. He is the epitome of professionalism and always shows genuine concern for any health issues I may have.
