Joe the Owner, Michael, and their team are exceptional. Beautiful showroom with a wide range of incredible couches, including handmade work built for the nicest interiors in the country - bought one of these gem's, a linen down couch handmade in America by Lee ($5k-$8k+ couch) at a massively discounted price, and also had the honor to sell with them too. I love Bay Home. It’s filled with Luxury Furnitures that are well maintained. They have a wonderful team that is incredibly kind and attentive. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Haley who stayed past hours to help load into my minivan.
1st, I did make the mistake of walking into this place by accident. If you're on the freeway you can see their sign clearly but when you park in that area the sign is right above your head on the building so you really have to make a point to back away and see which store you are actually entering. This was my first time here.The guy(short, black hair and beard at the front desk) wasn't the most inviting.
