I just took my test and passed, they covered every single thing required for the test I drove from Fremont to Hayward and practiced the entire time and I never felt more comfortable to drive till now. Sometimes parents are hard to be students to parents sometimes lol and my parents didn’t cover all that’ll be on the test. No hate to them. But this driving school let me use their car and commute to a different dmv for less than 300 dollars. We signed up 2 teenagers for Bay Hill this year and found them to be unprofessional and lacking in a number of ways. It’s surprising to see so many great reviews - unfortunately this just wasn’t our experience. We had 5 instructors across 6 classes. The first was rude, condescending, and was on her phone a lot, the 2nd was good but showed up with an expired instructor license. Took lessons with Jess. He’s really great! You won’t need to take their crash course if you take normal lessons with him. Highly recommend! The reason why I took off a star only because of my first lesson with them which was with Veronica. She didn’t show/teach half of the things that are covered in the Behind the wheels test in the two hour lesson i’d taken w her. But once I shared my experience with them, they offered me a 1 hour compensatory lesson to make up for it.
I PASSED my driving test today,first try!!!I can't be thankful enough to Bay hill school,specially for my teacher Steven. The best! Big thank you Veronica. You guys are the best! Very professional team.New ,clean car. Always on time. Definitely recommend .
