Absolutely hopeless
Thank you to Dr Tony Xie for the quick service and helpful advice.
I dont want give 1 star as well. Worst customer support, they called for 3.15 and waited for two hours, they dont have any professionalism. And the GP also wants to prioritize their regular without even our consent who are waiting on that time frame. I will never recommend this place.
Beyond terrible wait time, not once do you get called for time you booked in days ahead, been here several times and it appears that no system has been put in place to solve this issue, even one of the receptionists said to me “we dont go off booking times”, whats the point of booking in the first place ?, 20-30 minutes is understandable, but 1-2 hours every time is beyond a joke
If your appointment is at 3pm come in at 6pm. If possible do not even use this healthcare.
