The receptionist lady was so rude!
I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the reception staff at this clinic. The two older female receptionists are consistently rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive towards patients. They shout at patients, mock them, and speak in an extremely unprofessional and degrading manner. Patients are repeatedly told the doctors are “fully booked,” followed by sarcastic and mocking comments such as “next time come with a booking and don’t just walk in” — said in a tone that is humiliating rather than helpful. "Very nice experience with Dr. Tony Xie. Not only is he an excellent doctor, but he also took the time to personally call me with my test results. Really shows he genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Xie!"
The receptionist booked a tele appointment and I never got the call. Its been months. I did try to reach them however no response. If you’re worried about your health this isn’t the right place.
