I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged me. I sat down thinking maybe they were busy, but two hairdressers walked past me multiple times without a word—it was like I was invisible. One even finished with her client and was facing directly towards me, yet didn’t say hello or even make eye contact. I’ve never felt so insignificant or unwelcome at a salon. I ended up leaving without being spoken to at all. Really disheartening.

I went with Amanda for a hair cut and she was super lovely! Kept the conversation going the whole session, make jokes and just made me overall feel so welcomed and comfortable, 100% recommend

I was called one hour before the session I booked two weeks prior for my kid, to be told they don't do children's pricing on weekends or after 5:00 during the week. This was not told to me when I booked, or in the follow up texts or the earlier confirmation phone call.
